The terms of sale, refund policy, service terms and licence for everything Maeve Media ships. Written in plain English, short, and not designed to trip you up. If anything is unclear, email rmp@maevemedia.com.au and we will rewrite it.
These terms are a contract between you (the buyer or client) and Maeve Media Pty Ltd (ACN 698 883 680, ABN 89 698 883 680), an Australian private company based in Victoria. By buying a Maeve Media product or engaging us for a service, you accept these terms.
Digital products - PDFs, workbooks, spreadsheets, templates and prompt libraries. Exact contents are described on each product page and inside the product itself.
The AI audit - you complete a questionnaire, we do the analysis, and you receive a written action plan built for your business.
Done-for-you services - ongoing marketing run by us on your behalf, billed monthly, described in section 6.
If what you receive does not match what was described, the refund policy in section 7 applies.
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment clears. You receive an email with a download link. If nothing arrives within 10 minutes, check your spam folder, then email rmp@maevemedia.com.au and we will send it directly.
The AI audit is delivered as a written plan within seven business days of us receiving your completed questionnaire. There is no call to book.
Done-for-you services begin once access to the relevant accounts is in place, and run on a rolling monthly cycle.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Maeve Media Pty Ltd is registered for GST, and a tax invoice is available on request for any purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. If you are paying on a non-AUD card your bank may apply its own conversion spread, which we do not control and do not mark up.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods or services remedied if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms limits those rights. The refund policy below is offered in addition to them, not instead of them. Where anything in these terms is inconsistent with the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law applies.
Billing. Services are billed monthly in advance on a rolling cycle. There is no lock-in contract and no minimum term.
Cancelling. Cancel any time before your next renewal by emailing rmp@maevemedia.com.au. Cancelling stops the next charge. We finish the month you have paid for.
Account access. Depending on the service we need access to your Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook and Mailchimp accounts. You keep ownership of every account throughout. We ask for the lowest level of access that lets us do the work, and our access ends when the engagement ends.
Your part. The work depends on you providing that access, approving drafts within a reasonable time, and telling us about anything that changes what we should be publishing. Where approvals stall, delivery timelines move with them.
Approval. Nothing is published, sent or spent on your behalf without your approval. AI drafts the work, a person checks it, and you sign it off.
Ad spend. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the platform on your own payment method. Our fee covers the work, not the media spend.
What you keep. The content we produce for you is yours to keep and keep using after the engagement ends. Our own underlying templates, frameworks and prompt libraries remain ours.
30 days, no questions. If a Maeve Media product or service does not deliver, reply to your order email with the word 'refund' within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you. No forms, no phone calls, no friction. Refunds are processed through Stripe, usually same day, and land back on your original payment method within a few business days depending on your bank.
This applies to digital products, the AI audit, and the first month of a done-for-you service.
For a done-for-you service beyond the first month, cancel any time before your next renewal and you will not be charged again. We do not refund a month that has already been worked, though if something has gone wrong in that month, tell us and we will make it right.
The only thing we ask, entirely optionally, is what did not land, so we can improve. You can skip the question and still get the refund.
When you buy a Maeve Media digital product you get a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it inside your own business.
You can use the prompts, templates and frameworks across unlimited projects in your business, adapt them to suit, share the outputs publicly, and share copies internally with your own team.
You cannot resell, rebrand, repackage, sublicense or otherwise distribute the raw product to third parties, or upload the raw product to training datasets or public AI tool marketplaces.

Maeve Media products and services are senior-marketer grade work, delivered properly. They are not guarantees of revenue, traffic, rankings, ROI or any specific business outcome. Results depend on how the work is applied, your existing business fundamentals, and a lot of variables outside anyone's control.
We use AI tools as part of how the work gets made, and a person reviews every output before it reaches you. AI-assisted work can still contain errors, so anything factual we produce for you is worth a read before it goes out.
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
How we handle your personal information, how we use AI, and how we treat your customers' information when we run your accounts, is set out in our privacy policy.
All Maeve Media content - copy, design, frameworks and prompt libraries - is our original work. We license the typefaces and tools we use. If you believe we have misused anyone's intellectual property, tell us and we will correct it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by a good email exchange will be heard in the courts of Victoria.
If we update these terms, the new version is posted here with a new 'last updated' date. Active orders and current service engagements remain bound by the terms in force when the order was placed or the engagement began.
